Last week I had the please of attending the second annual North West Family Law Dispute Resolution Conference “celebrating the better ways to help separating families” and it is was a great success.The conference took place during Family Dispute Resolution Week 2014, an initiative run by the national family law organisation Resolution, with all profits being donated to support the charity Kids in the Middle.
With excellent practical sessions from Nick Allen QC, Lisa Parkinson and Johnathan Pease through to Duncan Fisher’s introduction to Kids in the Middle.

Overall Dispute Resolution Week was a resounding success with Resolution reporting the following activity during the week.
